Mr. Shechter is the lead Partner in Berenfeld Spritzer's Litigation Support and Business Valuation Practice, which employs 15 forensic accounting professionals to handle the firm's commercial litigation and marital dispute resolution cases.
Federal courts as well as state courts in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties have admitted Mr. Shechter's testimony in a variety of commercial litigation and marital dispute cases. He is available to assist you in commercial dispute litigation services including:

Mr. Shechter's groundbreaking work in this area is documented in an October 2006 article published in the AICPA's Journal of Accountancy.
The South Florida Business Journal recognized him as a 2006 winner in the "Excellence in Accounting Award" competition. The South Florida Legal Guide identified Mr. Shechter as a "Top CPA in Litigation Support" in 2005 and 2006.
