SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Linda Bunting is a Principal in the Audit and Assurance practice. She has over 25 years of accounting experience working with public and private companies in audit, assurance, tax and consulting engagements.
Ms. Bunting assists Chief Financial Officers and corporate executives in all aspects of financial statement preparation, auditing, and regulatory compliance, including:
- Form 10-K, 10-Q and proxy financial statement review
- Initial public offerings (IPOs)
- Data collection for Management's Discussion & Analysis (MD&A)
- Due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and divestures
- Debt and equity offerings
- Sarbanes-Oxley compliance assistance
Prior to entering into public accounting, Ms. Bunting served as a Chief Financial Officer for a real estate developer. She understands the pressures and duties faced by CFOs and their accounting staff in meeting the information needs of shareholders, vendors, lenders, corporate management and other interested parties.
Businesses, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals benefit from Ms. Bunting's in-depth knowledge of tax compliance requirements for corporations (all forms) and partnerships.
Ms. Bunting can also assist you with accounting system oversight and internal controls. The Audit and Assurance practice group works with public and private non-audit clients on Sarbanes-Oxley 404 management, including:

Her industry experience includes the delivery of audit and assurance services to real estate developers, repair facilities, service organizations, construction firms, and manufacturing. She also works with pension and profit sharing plans, and non-profit private schools.
Ms. Bunting is an experienced speaker. Her accounting lectures and presentations include in-house continuing professional education for the accounting staff at public and private companies.
